October 23, 2009Polaroid Commercial ID Systems and ScreenCheck merged North America operations to form a new company called ScreenCheck North America (SCNA) based in Fort Wayne, IN USA. SCNA purchased all Commercial ID assets from Polaroid Corporation and signed an exclusive brand license with Polaroid to license the Polaroid brand on its ID products worldwide.
