The Polaroid P4000E Duplex System is our newest dual-sided card producing package. It is a very affordable, easy-to-use, all-inclusive system that creates photo ID Cards in-house. The P4000E System will create single or dual-sided photo ID cards; however, the flipping mechanism is engineered to efficiently produce brilliantly colored, dual-sided cards without additional handling of the card. The system can also produce bar codes, and be upgraded to allow for magnetic stripe encoding and other advanced features as needed. The System includes our new P4000E Duplex RFID technology printer, ID Card Maker photo ID software, Polaroid Image Capture solution, printer ribbon, and PVC cards. When using the P4000E Duplex with the specifically calibrated Polaroid E-Series printer ribbons, the system provides enhanced image quality, automatic ribbon detection and driver configuration, low-ribbon notification and improved edge-to-edge printing. These new features will provide you with an extremely reliable, easy-to-use system with minimal user monitoring. The ID Card Maker (IDCM) software component is flexible to meet the requirements of every card program. The different software levels include Entry, Enhanced, Expert, and Elite. Each IDCM level is customizable for individual card programs from Entry-level systems producing a few cards to more advanced Elite-level systems producing smart technology cards and connecting to sophisticated databases. The IDCM photo ID software directly interfaces with all the Polaroid Image Capture solutions (photo, digital signature, and fingerprint image/minutia). The Photo Image Capture options include a low-cost webcam to more advanced high-resolution digital cameras with facial recognition and auto-cropping software. Fingerprint and signature capture solutions are also available as system add-ins. The P4000E Duplex System is ideal for creating dual-sided identification or membership/loyalty cards for any business.
