You must examine all shipping boxes of your E series equivalent card printer delivered to you herewith immediately upon receipt. In the event that any boxes are damaged or visibly defective, you must notify ScreenCheck NA within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the product. If you fail to give notice as required, you will be deemed to have accepted the product and waived any claim you may have against ScreenCheck NA with respect to damage or defects discoverable at delivery.
ScreenCheck NA warrants that your P3000E and P4000E card printer (“Printer”) will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of thirty six (36) months from the date of shipment from ScreenCheck NA. The P5000E card printer (“Printer”) will be free from same defects for a period of twenty four (24 months).
If the Printer proves to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, ScreenCheck NA will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the price paid for the Printer. A Printer that is repaired or replaced under the warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
Repairs, adjustments or parts replacement required due to accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification or maintenance of the Printer or software, or the use of peripherals, supplies or software that are not supplied by ScreenCheck NA will be charged using ScreenCheck NA’s then current rates.
In order to make a warranty claim for your Printer, you must first contact ScreenCheck NA’ s Technical Phone Support at 866-484-0611 ext. 3 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or a ScreenCheck NA authorized service center. You will be responsible for packaging the Printer for shipment and the costs of shipping and insurance of the Printer from the point of use of the Printer to ScreenCheck or a designated ScreenCheck service provider. ScreenCheck or the designated service provider will bear the costs of shipping and insuring the Printer from the repair location to the address from which the Printer was shipped.
ScreenCheck NA warrants that the thermal print head supplied with your Printer shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty (36) months from date of shipment from ScreenCheck NA. ScreenCheck reserves the right to inspect any print heads for which warranty service is requested.
In the event you believe a print head is defective you should call your service provider for assistance. In the event the print head is found to be defective, ScreenCheck NA, as its sole obligation under this Warranty, will replace the defective print head or refund the purchase price of the printhead. The replacement print head will carry a ninety (90) day warranty or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
PURCHASER’S SOLE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE AGREEMENT.
